Oregon Process Service Fee Schedule

We charge a one-time fee per address, and per case number. With this fee, service will be attempted for a time span of at least one month and/or at least six attempts or until the paperwork is deemed non-servable due to various reasons including incorrect address, vacancy, inaccessible property or the subject is avoiding service.

Rush service: first service attempt within 24 hours of being received by our office, or at a specified time and place.

Routine service: first service attempt within 3 days of being received by our office.

**There is no rush fee required for service of F.E.D./Notice of Restitution.
